Many meta-analyses have found that Vitamin D prevents/treats

    Type 1 Diabetes

    Type 2 Diabetes

    Pre-diabetes and conversion to Diabetes

    Gestational Diabetes

Note: Some forms of Diabetes are also fought by Magnesium and Omega-3

    If I wanted to fight diabetes, I would increase Vitamin D & Magnesium & Omega-3
