Hypercalcemia Symptoms

(too much vitamin D)

• feeling sick or being sick

• poor appetite or loss of appetite

• feeling very thirsty

• passing urine often

• constipation or diarrhea

• abdominal pain

• muscle weakness or pain

• feeling confused

• feeling tired


Magnesium Deficiency Symptoms

• Irritability or anxiety

• Nausea

Headaches

• Insomnia

• Fatigue

• Muscle cramps/twitching

• Weakness

• Constipation

Notes

  1. It appears that low Magnesium happens 10X to 100X more often than excess Calcium (Hypercalcemia)

  2. Symptoms of low Magnesium can happen in days

  3. There appears to be additional, as yet unknown. reasons that ~1% of the population have problems with vitamin D
