Do I qualify for Healthy Start? (before April 2017)
- At least 10 weeks pregnant
- Low income/poor
- If both poor and > 10 weeks, then still have to fill out a form to get a voucher
- Note: Govt does not give Folic acid until 10 weeks into pregnancy, but Folic ceases helping at 12 weeks
- Note: Vitamin D is 100X better than folic acid during pregnancy - that is, with 6,000 IU of Vitamin D
